She currently serves as Director of Sales & Events at the Contemporary Arts Center, New Orleans, leading revenue strategy, complex event production, and strategic partnerships, including serving as primary venue liaison for the NFL Commissioner’s Party during Super Bowl LIX and contributing to citywide planning as a member of the Super Bowl LIX Facilities Advisory Committee.
Over the course of her career, Carmen has produced high-profile, large-scale experiences for clients in entertainment, film, technology, sports, spirits, weddings, and luxury lifestyle, whether through her own company, Orange Orchid Events & Design, or in senior leadership roles with prominent organizations. Known for her ability to align vision, strategy, and flawless execution, she brings a rare mix of creativity, operational excellence, and brand integrity to every project.
A proud alumna of the University of New Orleans, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Psychology. Carmen is committed to setting the highest standards of service, professionalism, and integrity. As an Advisory Panel Member for the Customer Experience Program at Loyola University New Orleans, she is passionate about mentoring the next generation of leaders to design experiences that connect deeply, inspire action, and deliver lasting impact.
