Senior Customer Experience Representative

David Schoenknecht has served as a “design thinking” based Product Developer and Senior Customer Experience Representative for Augsburg Fortress Publishers. After two decades in pastoral ministry and nearly a decade as a Religious Studies professor, in 2005, David brought his deep experience and high energy to AFP. Twenty years later, he is going strong and is eager to bring his diverse background to bear in helping participants in the Customer Experience Program at Loyola University, New Orleans.
