Katarzyna (Kasia) Hardcastle
Senior Manager, Supplier Quality & Development – Software | GE Healthcare

I’m a Senior Manager at GE Healthcare, focused on supplier quality and development for software and digital technologies. With over 20 years of experience in healthcare and regulated industries, I specialize in building trusted supplier relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting the delivery of safe, effective products across global markets.

Prior to GE, I held leadership roles at Abbott Laboratories, where I worked across diagnostics, service performance, and global product readiness. I also spent over seven years at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science, supporting clinical laboratory operations and academic research compliance.

As a member of the Loyola University Advisory Board for Generative AI and Value Creation, I contribute to discussions on responsible AI adoption in healthcare operations. I’m particularly interested in how AI can enhance supplier oversight, risk management, and digital quality systems.

Based in the Chicago area, I remain committed to mentoring professionals, promoting ethical innovation, and collaborating across industries to drive continuous improvement in healthcare quality.
