Sanjeev is an engineer at heart, driven by a lifelong curiosity about how the world works. Originally from India, his passion for science and problem-solving began early—often taking things apart just to understand how they functioned. He went on to study Physics and later earned a master’s degree in Management Information Systems after moving to the U.S., followed by an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

In his current role as Global Head of Engineering, Sanjeev leads high-performing teams across North America and the Balkans, focused on delivering innovative, client-centric digital products. He has a strong interest in Generative AI and spends much of his time exploring cutting-edge agent technologies and their potential impact on the industry.

Outside of work, Sanjeev is an avid golfer and poker enthusiast, a dedicated fan of Chicago sports, and a proud father of two energetic nine-year-old boys.
