She currently serves as Chief Customer Officer at HST Pathways, where she oversees the entire post-sales customer journey. Her areas of responsibility span implementation, support services, client success, corporate account management, and digital client enablement.
Throughout her tenure at HST, Tara has played a key role in the company’s strategic evolution—launching new technology platforms, supporting a successful private equity transaction, and holding several executive roles including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Growth Officer. She led go-to-market strategy for key acquisitions and directed product innovation efforts, including the development of the widely adopted eChart platform. Prior to HST, Tara held leadership positions at HealthSouth, Surgery Partners, and Agfa Healthcare, where she gained deep expertise in revenue cycle operations, M&A due diligence, radiology IT solutions, and enterprise client engagement across large health systems in the U.S. and Canada. Tara brings a strong understanding of customer experience, digital transformation, and strategic execution, and is passionate about improving healthcare delivery through innovative, tech-enabled solutions. |
